New features for your practice
Super Power Notes
Talk directly into the screen or import an audio dictation file. Super Power Notes automatically splits your dictation into Subjective, Exam, Diagnosis, and Plan sections. AI review helps identify errors, missing information, and documentation issues that may delay payment.
Import selected sections from PDF documents—ideal for lab reports, specialist opinions, and other medical records. Generate California PR-2 and Doctor’s First Report drafts with the push of a button, and ask AI questions as you work.
The Dictation File Manager can transcribe an entire folder of audio files for posting into new Power Notes. Review and edit all notes and report drafts before saving or finalizing.

Patients can complete their intake through a spoken conversation in English or Spanish. Spanish responses are automatically translated into English and inserted into the EMR4 Power Note. AI checks for missing information and flags potential urgent concerns for staff review.
Conversational follow-up visits
The same English and Spanish conversation tools are available for patient follow-up visits, helping capture updates and prepare the Power Note.
Online meetings and screen sharing
Meet online with up to six people using video, audio, and computer screen sharing—with no meeting time limit.
Two-way spoken translation
The translator listens to the doctor speaking English and speaks Spanish to the patient, then translates the patient’s response back to the doctor. Other languages are supported.
Additional services
Medical record review and QME-style reports
For an additional fee, we can combine and review hundreds of a patient’s documents and prepare an organized QME-style report draft for the doctor’s review and finalization.
AI phone appointments and SBR rebilling
